"Tell me this just can't understand this place? Around about 5 years ago I went to this place to have I think a tooth pulled and other stuff payed my deductibles already had to pay a percentage of my bill mind you I have dental insurance they bill me for 600 and something dollars go in there take it to that woman at the desk and she says awe I will take care of that never seen another bill for that amount again. Tried them again around a month or so again had a cleaning which is preventative care pay 0. Couple days later go back and get 2 fillings pay my percentage. I get a bill in the mail for almost 400 dollars took the bill to them again and that same woman says "I don't know why the insurance didn't pay for this. Never going back!"
"Great place. Dr. Grindstaff is awesome. He is quick, polite, and gets the job done. I never thought an extraction could be so quick and comfortable. Very clean facilities and everyone is so warm and friendly. Definitely my new dentist. Affordable prices for the uninsured. Thanks for such great service."
