"Chris Joyner runs the best BMW service shop that I have been to hands down! I recommend all of my BMW friends to him. I drive over 1.5 hours to use his services, because he is so much better than the dealerships. He also is more experienced to deal with your BMW than most other private shops because he specializes in them. Chris not only does excellent work, but he genuinely cares about the health of his customers cars and walks you through what is wrong and makes sure you know how your car is doing. He is also very fairly priced. Unlike the dealership service centers, this shop is extremely honest. Chris does whatever it takes to make the situation right. In conclusion, this is the best shop around for miles and miles. My 100 mile drive is very well worth it."
