"Sally's and this place if you combined the 2 stores and shook them up you still wouldn't have anything.. owned by the same company... poor management from the top. Out of stock all the time. According to them it's a supply chain issue. Not always true like they have been out of zoto perms forever. Called zotos and the parent company that runs these store failed to order after the zotos repackaged their products. I have took my bussiness elsewhere. There not for the professional folks anymore."

"Go to place for your professional beauty supplies. Please note that they do not sell to the general public. They sell to Licensed beauty industry professionals only. This is a plus in book. The general public shouldn't have access to the products we use, since they haven't been properly trained to use them anyway. This store has a great selection, great staff, and is in a convenient location. Staff is happy to answer any questions, and point you in the direction of the best products to use."
