"I have been using VIP Nails since I moved to Tennessee 6 months ago. Natalie is fantastic; very professional, and always does a great job . Everyone Who works in the business, is very nice and helpful. Even my 90-year-old mother enjoys her visits to the nail salon when I bring her there I absolutely loved my Halloween nails that I got today. So Beautiful! If you haven’t tried this nail salon I would highly recommend it. Their prices are so reasonable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Just got my vacation, turtle nails!! They are the best!!"

"Pretty bad experience… i came with my family and i don’t think anyone enjoyed it. We all got pedicures and they barely touched our feet. I paid extra for the foot scrub and i could not even feel it. My feet look the same with polish lol."

"I went to VIP nails because my best friend suggested it. Well when I got there I had asked the lady how long she’s done nails and If she liked doing them, she said “I hate this job, hate doing nails and I don’t get paid well”. Before I asked her those questions I told her this was my second time getting acrylics, and the first time I had them they looked terrible. When she was done it looked good but once I actually looked it was not good. Also I noticed some other nail artists there FaceTiming and calling people while doing the customers nails, very unprofessional. My middle finger is lifted up and some of my nails weren’t shaped very well."

"My nail tech was very kind and gentle. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I called in advance to ensure this location takes walk in's, the lady who answered the phone was cold and short not to mention she hung up on me. Incredibly rude!"
