"Worst nail salon I have ever visited, my first (and only) visit was horrible. The nail tech seemed bothered from the start by my visit even though I had an appointment. The entire staff was huddled playing cards and it was as if I had interrupted family dinner. The young male technician at this salon was rough, cutting me in four places while filing my nails. He also refused to listen to my requests for the shape and color of my nails. When I asked him to fix his mistakes, he became rude and dismissive. His mannerism was unfriendly, rude and insensitive. I am shocked at how disrespectful he was and at the behavior of the "manager". I did not request anything except his name so I could reference him on this review. Her response was you can leave a review you don't need a name. She was completely unphased that I was unhappy. Don't waste your money!"

"It was my first time here and the place is super cute and laid back. My tech was very kind and helpful with my color choice, and I’ll say the only thing I’m unhappy with is I was pressured to do powder dip, when I chose the color they did not turn out the way it was supposed to, so I opt for gel like I always do… he kinda became irritated and the color turned out awful due to the lack of layers put on… they’re very transparent and not solid like they should be, all because the tech said he did not like gel color … I still tried to leave a tip because I’m nice and still appreciate the time and work of course, and after I asked if I could leave him a tip he told me “bye” and just walked off… I was super confused because I was happy with the service just not crazy about the color my nails turned out and just felt super shoved to the side all because I didn’t wanna do powder nails… :("

"Chloe is the absolute best at long nails and designs. She takes her time and makes sure they are perfect. My daughter (10) usually comes with me and they are always great. Amazing pedicures too!"
