"Caitlin canceled an appointment the day before I was leaving for a VIP event that she knew was super important. She lied and said she was sick because she changed her mind about coming in early for a Monday 8am appointment after she partied all weekend. I was already in the car heading her way when I got her text. I just got back from my trip and tried to book an appointment through her booking portal and she blocked me. I met her one time for a consult and as far as I know there were no personality issues for why she would do this to me before a very important event. She is incredibly unprofessional and unreliable and caused me a lot of stress. She will not respond to texts asking why she did this. She's an AH. She talks badly about other nail techs: Jenna Duval, who she said was always in a bad mood and sloppy. Steer clear of both of them."

What struck me the most is her passion for nail health and salon cleanliness and safety. I made my appointment and when I arrived to the salon I was greeted with the warmest welcome. I didn't know exactly what design I wanted on my nails for my wedding and I showed Caitlin a few different designs I picked out. We agreed on one and she helped me modify it to my liking.
