"Haley butchered my child's hair, he is not vain, but he is a 16 years old and his hair is his everything, she was unprofessional she did not listen to him at all, she didn't do her job and do what he asked she did what she wanted to do. "My child's hair was down to her butt!! I asked if she could cut it to the middle of her back with layers. She was obviously a new stylist who had no idea what she was doing, she was being monitored by the manager on duty. The stylists hands were non stop shaking maybe nerves I suppose . I do understand it's just hair and it will grow back, but my child is autistic & she did love it in the moment, but after taking a nap and realizing three hours later how short her hair was she went into complete panic mode. I won't be going back to this great clips. A little advice to the next child's hair she cuts pay attention to where the parents show you because it does matter."

"Not very kid friendly… very well could have just been my particular stylist.. I had to take my 2 year old with me because my wife just had our newborn and my hair was long past due. He was VERY well behaved considering his age.. there was an empty chair next to me and he wanted to sit in it and she continuously told him he had to sit down and could not play with the chair or spin it etc.. I understand it’s their property and how annoying some kids can be.. but he was truly being harmless and she had a disgraceful face and Tone the entire time..rushed cutting my hair, didn’t blow the hair off me, etc.. the one on People’s Street however is amazing and so much nicer.."
