The staff was personable, yet professional. The mechanic, Kevin explained all the different issues he found. He answered all of my questions. I felt informed and comfortable with Kevin's plans and estimate for the fixes on my van, and she did have a few issues. What you can expect is a thorough inspection of the reported issue/issues. A call to inform you of the issues found. A plan to fix the issues. An estimate of cost. A fair price. At no extra cost they offer a clean and comfortable environment, with a personable, understanding, knowledgeable, polite staff. In the end, some of my issues on the van could not be fixed, it's an older vehicle, a limited special edition..to boot, so parts are hard to find. The other issues were fixed good and proper.
