"I have been going to Zoë Dental for years. They are so amazing! They make sure I am comfortable and address all my concerns. They also work with me and tell me up front if I need extra work done. They sit down and break down the cost of everything and help me work a schedule that is financially sustainable for me. They are also provide sterile and thorough care. "Refused to give me a quote - or even a rough estimate - for a cleaning over the phone. Even after telling them I could provide a recent X-ray, I was told an exam was mandatory and that I’d need to pay for that even if I had zero intention of more treatments. I was told to go elsewhere. Zoe Dental is clearly a part of the broken healthcare system, shamelessly putting profits over people. Embarrassing. And before thinking “this is just an angry guy who only writes negative reviews,” please check out the only other 3 reviews I’ve ever left (all 5 stars)."

"Staff was friendly and if I could give them a separate rating they would get 5 stars. However, I agree with other reviewers that the pricing and upsell is ridiculous. I asked for a written printout of an estimate (without insurance) for a significant amount of work and when I shopped around, I found they were 25 - 40% higher (thousands more) than EVERY single other dentist I checked. Also I have dental insurance that typically covers 6-month cleanings and xrays 100% - but not at Zoe. It's no wonder it was so easy to get an appointment there, while everywhere else takes months to get in the office. Edited Reply to Zoe Response. I think you are positioning yourself as a luxury brand - and that is fine for a specific market. I just want to make sure others are aware of that and check around before booking an appointment - especially if they are seeking reasonable dental care."

"I have been getting my teeth cleaned at Zoe Dental for a few years now and have received impeccable service each time I have been to the office. I just recently had a crown put on a tooth, and Dr.V was incredible during the whole treatment process. She made sure I was comfortable and aware what was happening the whole time. The front desk ladies are always a joy as well! I cannot say enough good things about this practice. They are superior and want to take the best care of you!"

"The entire staff at Zoe is most delightful and helpful. The dentist and his assistant are very professional, knowledgeable, kind, gentle and most experienced. The dentist explained everything that needs to be done. The entire facility is very clean and has a pleasant aroma. They took me in right on time. The financial specialist is also very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me a step-by-step, (both verbal and financial) quote of what I need to have done before I even left the building. After a through investigation of many dentists in town, I have chosen Zoe.
