"Jennifer gave me a great haircut a month ago, and I went back today for all-over color! I was nervous because I had used box dye for a long time but she was able to give me an amazing color that compliments my skin tone and covered up the mess I made with box dye. They’re always friendly and I love that I’m able to call and often get a next-day appointment! Burnsville is lucky to have this spot! Update: changed my review to 4 stars after I had my first negative experience here unfortunately. I had an appointment for cut and color with a new employee named Lillian and she was so nervous the whole time, she even told me she didn’t like cutting long hair (which mine was), it made it a very anxious experience. I spent 4 hours their total, Jennifer ended up having to completely redo my color and fix my cut. I still recommend this place, just ask for someone else besides Lillian."

"Had two appointments scheduled for graduation the first week of May. I scheduled both appointments a month in advance so I could ensure I had secured a place given that the local high school graduation was the same day. Makeup was scheduled for 6 am and hair directly after. On graduation day I sat outside the salon for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up, I was very upset and highly disappointed. Recieved a fb message later that evening informing me that my hairstylist was there and ready at 7am yet, by that time I was freaking out and went home to do my own hair and makeup."
