"I could feel the root canal coming on over the weekend (I've had several previously). Called bright and early on Monday morning to see if they could work me in to check it out. Fantastic customer orientation from Courtney and Lexi and they got me in that day. They also set up my appointment for the root canal later that week with their partner in Asheville. I could not have found a better staff and dentist than these folks. They were slammed when I arrived but greeted me and got me taken care of despite that. If anyone has any issues with these great folks, I suggest they look in the mirror. Friendliest dental staff I've dealt with in my 66 years on this planet. Thanks to all!"

"I became a patient of this practice in April, 2022. Initially, service was great! At the end of first visit, Courtney decided not to schedule a hygiene appointment because there were no openings until August and she placed me on a call basis to get me in before August. I did not get a hygiene appointment until October. Dr. Green replaced a crown and filled a tooth. When I saw him in November for the filling, he and Mary Lou answered my questions but grudgingly. Why? I was a patient for 9 months and my hygiene was not completed. On January 9, 2023 I contacted office staff and shared my concerns. Lexi apologized and offered me a follow up with Olivia for the next day - I had a previous appointment. I informed her that I would be at the office on Thursday to pay my final bill and asked how I could obtain my records. She said that I could sign a release and they would send them wherever I chose. I did so and received an email with xrays attached the next day. I am disappointed that I was treated this way!"

This staff and all who work there were absolutely the most delightful and pleasant people.
