"I honestly nearly walked out of the salon on my first visit. My nails were very sensitive to the grinding tool to remove a dip with tips I’d gotten somewhere else and the technician got obviously frustrated with me. She was going too fast and too hard. She told me she “couldn’t” go slower. Finally, she handed me off to the male technician. He calmly and clearly explained to me that dip might not be the best service for me because of the need to go even deeper to do a dip even without a tip. He suggested the gel service. I was so grateful he took the time to explain that to me! (I don’t get my nails done all that often.) He did a great job of tidying up my cuticles and nails. I loved how he did that part of the pedicure as well. He’s very strong so the massage was good but could have been longer. I love the color Vicki suggested. They did a great job on the nail painting as well. This nail spa has a very homey feeling. If you’re looking for a high end relaxation experience, you might want to go somewhere else. However, if you’re looking for a great mani/pedi that gets to the real point (nail health and care), Hands On Spa would be a good fit for you!"

"I loved Hands on Spa. I am not fancy with my nail needs, just want a decent mani pedi for Mom life. They fit me in, although I will say they we’re pretty busy, and a reservation is probably wise. Tran was very friendly and did careful, good work. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing, friendly experience, and a totally decent paint job."

"Visited the salon expecting a relaxing ladies spa experience with my daughter. What I received was rough, assembly line treatment from Tran during our scheduled mani/pedi reservation. Rushed, painful service without the usual message, exfoliation and moisturizing of hands, feet and lower legs routinely provided during these services. She finished the minimum requirements in record time while clients who'd started before me were still being pampered by other providers. VERY disappointing. I will definitely NOT be returning."

"My partner and I went here to get a pedicure. The nail technician dug too deep into my cuticles on my big toe and I felt a sharp pain. I didn't see any blood but my toe felt irritated throughout the rest of the pedicure process. My toe had felt fine for most of the day, however, by the evening, my large toe was swollen and throbbing in pain. I couldn't walk and put pressure on my right foot which led to a tele-visit with a doctor the next day due to an infection. My partner also said he felt a slight sprain on his foot from a massage with his nail technician. We don't plan on going back!"
