I have to say I haven’t been let down! I don’t know how to spell his name but I think- Liam. He is my guy!! He does so well!! K2 is beautiful inside. Luxury for sure!"

"First time here was wonderful, the man who done my nails took his time and done an excellent job. I went back today for a fill in and a different man done them. He rushed me, and did not even check to see if the nails were even. They clearly aren’t, he only asked me about if I liked the color, nor gave me anytime to look at the shape of them. The shape is horrible, not even sure what shape I would describe it. Each nail is a totally different shape, they are sharp. Pictured are my nails and then the shape they are supposed to be."

"I had gone in the day before my graduation to get my nails done. I had only been here one time before and they did a pretty good job. When I went in this time for a fill it was the same price as it was for a new set ($75). My nails look nothing like my reference photo and the guy acted mad when I told him I didn’t like the way they were looking and said it was too late into the process. I have acrylic all over my skin and when I tried to mention anything I was ignored or got a rude comment back and was basically told it was too late and if I wanted my nails to look like the picture, I would have to get a brand new set despite me already having ombré nails from the previous time."

"UPDATE: I had a bad experience last weekend and Kim was nice enough to reach out to me and offer to fix them for free. That really meant a lot to me, so I gave them another chance and I’m very glad I did. My nails turned out just now I wanted and I can’t wait to return for a full. My tip is to book with Kim, she is very nice, gentle, and makes sure you get what you want! Thank you so much K2 Nail salon!! Could’ve done better myself. There’s something wrong with every single nail. They’re all way shorter than I asked for and make my fingers look weird. I really don’t know why the lady decided to free hand the French tip instead of using a tool if she wasn’t capable of doing it well. All 10 of them have something wrong with the French tip, and most of them are bumpy in the acrylic. From the sides they look so unnatural and flat, I’ve never had nails that looked like that. I really had high hopes for this place after all the good reviews, but I’m pretty disappointed. If they reach out maybe I’ll give them another chance, but who knows."
