"I really hate to do this… I am beyond disappointed in my first experience. We called and made an appointment. Yet we were rushed through the entire manicure/pedicure appointment. My friend was sat at a nail station while I was at the pedicure station. When I called to set up the appointments I requested the fire walker and soothing pedicures, and gel manicures. We just received basic pedicures, that felt very rushed. My friend selected a pale blue color. The lady used emerald green, yes she should have stopped her, but the language difference was quite an issue… my pedicure was a basic, rushed through pedicure. So much so that my cuticle on my big toe was cut so badly it bled for 2 hours after. They had to put a rubber band on my toe to get it to stop enough so they could paint it. My “manicure” was done while I was in the pedicure chair. One employee trying to stop the bleeding the other rushing through the manicure. Yes I should have stopped them, and left. But, I was polite. They kept saying sorry and asking if I was ok… I did receive a $5 discount. We went here because they were recommended. Will never go back. $76 dollars later, I feel as though I got a manicure/pedicure I could have done, minus the huge cut on my toe."
