"Phenomenal! My first visit to this salon was exciting. The power went off once I had tips and gel applied. They had to file down by hand. I used the flash light on my phone and held it for her with the hand she was not working on. She did an amazing job despite the power being out temporarily."

"For starters, im not one to leave negative reviews, But this was bad. First and definitely last time customer. Got a pedi and acrylic overlay on nails. He trimmed my toenails way too short and rounded. A bit bizarre, and thr paint job on them is terrible. Acrylic overlay on my nails are lumpy, too thick, with sharp little particles in them. Full of bubbles and some areas aren't even touching my natural nails. When I pointed these things out, he'd nod, and then not fix them. My natural nails were well shaped before and where he applied the acrylic so haphazardly, the spots (Yes, multiple spots) where my natural nails were exposed and had no acrylic on them, he just filed that part of my nail away so they're totally misshapen now. He also filed the tips AFTER applying the white polish to my tips so I walked out of the salon looking like my nails have been worn for weeks already. Oh, also absolutely nothing done to my cuticles. No trimming, pushing, oil, nada. It's honestly a bit unreal. I'll never be back."
