"Poor, unprofessional scheduling communication. I had an intake appointment listed on my calendar for a month ahead only to be told 10min before I got there I was somehow 30min late and that Dr. Perry was "very annoyed" and that I would be charged a broken appointment fee and couldn't be seen for almost two months from now. No appointment reminders/confirmation calls or texts beforehand either, apparently they "only do reminders for cleanings." Guess he doesn't need any new patients, good thing there are lots of other dentists to choose from."
