Shoe Show

"Decent shoe selection for women. Although a few remaining pairs of the EXACT same shoe in the EXACT same size had different pricing?? We feel we didn't get treated very nicely by the girl working there. We did a lay-a-way for 6 pairs of shoes & just got an uncomfortable attitude about all of it from the employee. It's like us asking questions or needing to check sizes was a problem for her. Also, I did not realize this Shoe Show was in connection to other shoe stores with their rewards points, because at no point in time were my boyfriend or I ever asked for our phone numbers to incorporate our rewards. Therefore I am pretty pissed to learn I am going to lose out on almost $320 worth of rewards?? I just realized this was happening as we were picking up the shoes, and the same employee didn't seem the least bit interested in helping fix her mistake. She told us we would have to do some kind of return of the shoes for the 3 weeks worth of payments to the store. Why can't the receipt with the total amount just be added to my phone number/name now at the end?? I don't plan on ever returning to this location, unless the evening time girl is working. She was actually kind & helpful for the remaining 15min of our visit the first day we signed up the lay-a-way, but she was just getting in on her shift. I wished we had her help throughout the entire process, I would probably have all my rewards points added correctly & not have the attitude. I am still hoping something can be done online to fix this!!"

Maybe it's because I'm from the north and we are use of being greeted and always asked if there was any help me needed they also always say bye walking out the store. So I mean maybe this is just a normal here?"
