"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! You will be very disappointed. They do not mill their own products. They do not own their own mill. They do not own their own warehouse. They don't own a showroom. They are a fly by night operation. I bought 32,000 dollars of building materials which included flooring and doors. The doors were haphazardly glued and nailed together without proper joinery and planning. The flooring had variances of plus and minus 1/4 inches down the widths making it impossible to lay the floor properly without having spaces. Dale Ballew admitted to the fault as did another builder which he referred me to. The other builder had to hand plane the flooring to get it to fit. Dale promised to refund money I spent on extra labor trying to get it to work promising to replace the bad pieces. Every time he brought over more flooring it got worse. He picked up all the flooring last week and I asked for my money back. He has not refunded my money. Now I have to sue him in court. Meanwhile I still need flooring and am out over 32,000 dollars. DO NOT BUY !!!"
