"Great coworkers but it's messed up when you work for them a year and never lay out or late and everyone else can be late and stay out but you get layed off this was messed up the owner is all about money not great help it's there lose not mine for laying me off at last minute but I could say something bad but I'm not like that so I wish this place the best but I wouldn't go back to work there for everything."

"This place looks much smaller from the road. Extremely large once you're inside, lots and lots of countertops to choose from. This is where I buy my sprayable red glue by the five gallon bucket. Reasonable price, easy place to find, lots of parking. Some of the staff is in training so with a little patience everything turns out great."

"I recently went to Web-Don for the first time. I wanted to purchase a countertop for my RV and I needed it cut to length to fit in my car, needed the end cap added & needed extra support added underneath. None of my requests were questioned. 2 1/2 hours later Josh called and my countertop was ready for pickup. Everything was done PERFECT! Josh was VERY helpful & friendly he even loaded my finished countertop in my car in the pouring rain. I would 10 stars if possible."

"Went in here today per a recommendation by my contractor to look at countertop options. 3 people at the desk up front and not one of them said hello or how can I help you? I approached one of the ladies and told her I wanted to look at some options and she pointed me to the show room. Now- without any knowledge of countertops I had no idea what I was looking at- so I went back to the desk to ask questions and the lady seemed uninterested in helping me at all. Heaven forbid someone get out of a chair to assist me. Its fine- I will give my business to someone that is interested in making a sale."

"If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered my counter tops on June 10th from Lowe’s. This company is the manufacturer of the countertops. They were to arrive 3 weeks later. Here we are July 23 and I still do not have my all of my countertops. Lowe’s called them in front of me and they said 2 more weeks. Then we received the smaller 6ft countertop without the backsplash we ordered attached. They sent an 8ft back splash unattached! How does an 8 ft backsplash fit a 6ft countertop? Then I called them again as the countertop was to be delivered yesterday and this company said next Monday they would be ready because they don’t have it in stock. The supervisor Susan, that answered that phone was very rude. Poor customer service. They tried to blame it on Lowe’s and never communicated that the countertops were on back order to Lowe’s or to us. Susan said she didn’t need to talk to me as I’m not her customer and Lowe’s is. This has put us behind on opening our business. Jim at Lowe’s called and spoke to Matt in front of me and both Matt and Susan PROMISED that these would be delivered yesterday and now all of sudden they are on back order?"
