"I walked in this store today for the first and last time, and I’m discussed. I am not greeting when I come in the store, because the person in the store on the phone on a personal call about eating, etc. Then I ask for a footie to try on the show and she tells me “if I walk up front”, how lazy is that and where is the customer service at when you’re not doing anything."
"The lady had no customer skills at all! She was on the phone and supposedly " working ". She never acknowledged my son and I at all! The entire time we were in there she didn't even look up at us!! I'm a hard worker I work in the restaurant industry. So I know how it is! I would never ignore any of my guest. I was so passed off I left. I'll never return back! Do better! Very disappointed!! She was a black girl with braids. It was around 4 or a little after when we went!"

"Um maybe it’s just me because I’m such of a “picky” person but variety of men’s quality shoes are very scarce? But that’s pretty much because of the size of the store I think. But as far as Customer Service this place is awesome, especially if you’re having a bad day and you just feel like taking to someone!"
