"I can recommend Clemons Carpet without hesitation and I’m saying this after there were some initial issues with my grouted vinyl tile installation. Grouted vinyl tile requires a little more attention to detail, the were some issues with misalignment of grout lines . Doug (owner) initiated a “re do” of the entire room as it was not up to HIS standards. Mitchell was the “re do”installer and the grout lines of the tile are now PERFECTLY. straight! It’s one thing when a business does excellent work on the first attempt but to me it’s EVEN more important that a company stands behind their work when things go wrong without the slightest hint of hesitation! I am more than delighted with my floors! Thank you Doug and Mitchell!"
