We also wanted new interior door handles though out the house (probably around 3-4K of hardware). The first interaction with the lady in front she gave me her email to send specs, but largely blew me off and never returned my emails. So, I went in to the store with the blueprints told them what I needed. Again, completely blew me off and never even gave me a quote. That was 10 days ago. So, I went online found everything I needed with free delivery and great customer service. We love supporting local business. However, this business only wants the big contracts and does not care about the other people in the community. I know warn all our friends and colleagues stay away from RBS. Just go online. You'll find the same products cheaper and better customer service."
