"I bought a load of blue rock a few weeks ago. Today decided I needed more of the same. I could not remember the name of my blue rock.I was very fortunate to reach Sam Whitaker. He was not able to find the record so he took the time to go through all the possibilities until we settled on what I needed. We talked it through and he sent a photo of "Midnight Blue Flat rock" While he was helping me, he was trying to eat a little lunch while running around the yard and talking to many other customers. Sam Whitaker showed up at my house and delivered my heavy order less than 2 hours from the time I made my call. Sam who plays college ball at a high level, did a fine job representing FMR. I will be returning to Farmers Mulch and Rock. You guys ROCK ! Thanks very much Sam. You will go far."

"Ordered two scoops of peach river rock and got more sediment than rock. Can't even shovel it without first breaking it apart. Very unhappy but they said there was nothing they could do. Yes, you could make your customer happy and replace it. Will not be buying anything else there. Be aware of what they say you are getting."
