"Very rude people and extremely unsanitary. I will not go into how I know this place is extremely unsanitary but I do know that they reuse single use products on their clients and they talk about wanting to harm their clients because they are annoyed by them when they speak about them to other nail techs in Vietnamese. The owner on multiple occasions purposefully would ignore my mother and make her sit and wait for 20 to 30 minutes if my mom didn’t immediately acknowledge her she did this because she was upset that my mom always said hi to our nail tech first. The owner also admitted this to my nail tech saying that she purposefully made my mom wait which, in my opinion is so extremely unprofessional. I only ever went to this salon because I was following my nail tech when she moved salons she has now left this place for all of the reasons I stated above."

"Out of all of the nail salons in our area of Winston-Salem and Clemmons, Village Nail Spa is bar far the best of them all! (I have tried them all!) Henry has done ɓoth my finger nails and my pedicures. He is professional, while being just as friendly as can be. Conversation flows and his foot massage is glorious! The prices are comparable and the level of comfort is wonderful! I will always come back and refer them as the best in town! THANK YOU Henry! You're always worth the wait!
