Precious Nails

"This was my first time getting my nails done at an actual salon. I have done a ton of research on nails before hand and I’m pretty sure they used an mma monomer as when I filled the tops and went to soak them off they were all gummy and sticky and would harden back up after about a minute of being out of the acetone. I did love my experience there and loved my nails after but after this Im not sure if I’ll go back purely because of the mma monomer"

"Snippet version: the prices are better than most and the nails looked good, the salon is clean and welcoming but customer service is lacking. My experience: I was a walk-in and it was my first time coming here. The lady doing a pedicure greeted me kindly and referred me to the tablet to sign in. There were only two people working so I was expecting to wait, no problem. Shortly after being ushered towards a desk, another woman walks in the front door and gestures for me to sit at her desk. I think she said two things to me the whole time- asking for the shape and color I'd like, and once I was finished and walked out the door, she was right behind me pulling off in her car. She did great work on my nails but the customer service was lacking, it came across like she was interrupted from a lunch break or something to come do my nails and while I do empathize I think basic kindness would've been nice from someone providing a service."
