"I have had my nails done too many times to count and I've always liked them. However, I've never been wowed or impressed with a place until now. I am in love with my nails. They are beautiful and perfect for the holidays. This is officially my go to spot. Oh my goodness, I can't get over how beautiful they are. And a bonus all the staff were friendly and loved communicating with there peers and clients. I do not understand any of these negative reviews. To be honest, I feel that the negative reviews are from people who are so nit picky and hard to impress that they should probably do their nails themselves. They also seem to have a lot of regular clients who also had beautiful nails. I will be back and be sure all my friends know the place to go is Lotus ❤❤❤"

"I have never walked out of a place without tipping and this is the second review I have ever left an establishment. Worst nails I have ever gotten done. Jenny said she had around 30 years of experience and by looking at these, it’s hard to believe that. All the nails are different shapes. I asked if she could do almond shaped and she said “yes”. What a waste of time and money. $45 for this? No thank you."

"I’ve gone to Lotus Nails several times now and have had a great experience every time. I usually get SNS dip and don’t do anything fancy, but today I wanted to change it up and do a different color on every finger. Angie was so kind in digging through the many colors and finding what I wanted. Even after we started, she adjusted some of the colors to help make it look better. She went above and beyond and I so appreciate it!"

"I normally don’t leave negative comments but this is literally the worst nails I have ever had. I asked for round shape and all my ten fingers’ shapes are different. The lady put acrylic on my fingers and a lot of excess on the edges. The acrylic was applied unevenly and I had to ask her to fix it for me. It’s hard to fix something that is wrong in every level. I still tipped but I don’t think I’ll let her do my nails again."
