"This is by far my favorite place to get my nails done since I have moved to Winston-Salem. They are normally always on point however I did have a bit of an issue the last time because I had showed the lady a picture of what I wanted I did not complain or fuss that she did not choose exactly the type of Polish I had showed her a photo of because it was close enough. However she did leave a very large chip in my nail when I went back to get the issue corrected I had to wait for over 30 minutes which was understandable because the place is very busy they do very good quality work. However because she had chosen the color for me and was not there that day I was told to come back on another day which they were also incredibly busy which means I am now just stuck with a chipped nail until I'm due for my fill in next week. I will definitely return because as I said before they have always been on point and we all have off days. The very first photo is what I had asked for and it obviously contains a glitter polish which you can see I did not get clearly and the chip in my nail is very obvious however as I said I have always received excellent service from this place so I will definitely be a repeat customer and give them a chance to make it right"
