"My experience at Harmony Nails was a nightmare. I was a walk-in for a pedicure. In previous visits there were no issues. This time, however, I had a terrible experience. The technician abraded four of my toes during the process. I asked twice to speak to the manager but no one ever came. I have had this happen at other nail salons involving one toe, but never four. I feel that this technician may not have been trained properly. Although he apologized, it did not feel sincere to me. It will be a long time before I patronize this business again."

"I liked that this shop included their prices on the website. The shop is clean and everyone seems friendly. The prices are the same as what I would’ve paid in Northern Virginia, which in my opinion is very expensive compared to the lower cost of living in WS. The pedicure was very basic, especially since I opted for the lemon scrub. There wasn’t actually any scrubbing involved. When I pointed out that I still had dead skin on the side of my foot, the guy rubbed one of the tools against it instead of scrubbing. That was a waste aside from getting my toenails painted. The person who did my nails tried very hard. He answered my questions and made sure I was doing okay during the whole process. That I appreciated, but he was just not as talented/thorough for the $92+ tip that I paid. Once the glue/dip powder dried and I could actually feel the skin around my nails again I realized that my skin was glued to the edge of my nails, which gave me the sensation that the entire nail was done. The edges were not completely covered, but I didn’t see it until I got home. The top coat on one of my thumbs cracked and peeled after 2-3 days. I’ve never experienced that and I’ve been getting my nails done for many years. The man who did my nails was very patient and took his time, but I don’t feel like it looks professionally done and not for the price I paid. Update: 9/25 Called and the person who answered had no idea what I was talking about."

"I'm dedicated to my nails and after moving I couldn't find time to travel far just for nails. I was nervous, but they were so patient and worked with me to find a style and color I would like. Even the pedicures are relaxing and they’re GENTLE. I can't wait to go back again. They've earned a regular."

"I absolutely adored my visit. Goood prices, better vibes. Everyone was so kind and personable. I got an acrylic set and a herbal pedicure- which was well worth the upgrade. Best pedicure and massage Iv ever had. They also have unique things like glow in the dark colors and mood/temperature changing polish. Highly recommend. Did not feel rushed at all which is so nice compared to many nail salons."
