"Let me start by saying that most of the time I get a very good haircut, especially for under $20. I don't want to be one of those people who only posts a review when I'm unhappy. There have been other times I haven't been completely thrilled, but normally either I could compensate with a few judicious snips at home or it was so short there was nothing to do but let it grow (or shave my head). This was the first time I felt it was necessary to go back the next day and get fixed what could be fixed. The back is chopped up, looks like I tried to do it myself, and the neckline was uneven and not cleaned up at all. Oddly, the front looks OK, just very short which I thought was fine. She waived the little hand mirror behind my head, I couldn't really see anything but I was going on faith that she could follow the lines of my current cut and just shorten it a little -- wrong! I took an hour out of my afternoon off the next day to go back through mall traffic on Friday before Christmas to get the neckline fixed; I don't think there's anything to be done about the rest of the back until it grows a little. To end on a positive note, the stylist who fixed the neckline (not the same one who originally cut it) was very pleasant and cleaned it up nicely in about 5 minutes. I gave her a $5 cash tip for her time and walked out, I hope they weren't expecting me to pay for another haircut!"

"So my spouse and i show up at 4:40 to be shooed away, mind you no one is there whatsoever besides the workers. Blasphemy, why have store hours to not abide by them. This was our only day off. Do better Great Clips, especially since we are regulars."
