"ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Bad service, smelly breathes and body odors from *current* estheticians. (2/1/24) I had 2 years going to this place. I would always have a good experience, Manisha was my favorite esthetician there! So unfortunate she has left. Anytime I would ask for Manisha, the other esthetician gave the worst mean girl vibes!!! I don’t blame her for leaving. She was so sweet and CARED about her clients. I will never go back there. My eyebrows were OVERLY threaded. I told her *just a clean up, I don’t want my eyebrows thin*. She said okay. She rushed through it, she was hurting me so bad, she had the heaviest hand, My skin was so irritated, she made me bleed. I felt bad telling her, but I paid the service and I still tipped her. I have a current bald spot, I had my eyebrows threaded a few days before Jan 1st, 2024. It has yet to grow back! I’ve been waiting to get them done but it has slow growth or NO growth. The girl who did my eyebrows, does not have good hands. Also, my mom, she told the other esthetician doing her eyebrows just a clean up, I don’t want a pointy arch. Again, it was too much to ask for! She was also hurting through it, her eyebrows also came out too thin. She was offered an eyebrow tint, it was not neat, her eyelid was overly stained. She still paid regardless. It seems like this happens to a lot of people, hence all the reviews left month to month. This place is always replacing their employees. I’m not sure if it’s poor management or because there is NO client satisfaction. Just like any place, all estheticians there should be properly trained before touching ANYONES eyebrows. Getting your eyebrows ruined is a huge confidence killer. I do not recommend this place at all. It would be nice if this location was replaced by a GOOD ESTHETICIAN who CARES about their clients."

"I’m giving them three stars because I usually have a wonderful experience there. After my first time, getting my eyebrows threaded here, it was the only thing I did, I havent waxed my eyebrows in over 10 years - however, after I went yesterday my eyebrows have never looked worse. She took so much off the bottom. I will say that I did not tell her what I wanted when I went in, but the best thing about WOW brows is that I usually don’t have to do that. The threaders typically err on the side of caution and are so good that they can just see based on my brows, and the regrowth, what shape I usually wear my eyebrows. OR THEY ASK ME. but even if i wanted them this thin, she still didn't do a good job. Once the puffiness went away i was so disappointed."

"Unhappy of how my eyebrows were shaped. They are not the same shape and they are thin!!!! Its bad.I let the lady know I was unhappy of her service but she didn't offer a solution. I have been coming here for about a year but I will not be back and will not recommend this place to others."

"i normally don’t like leaving reviews but i feel like this time i have to. i went yesterday afternoon to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady messed up my eyebrows. i’ve been going to wow brows for years and have never had an issue with any of the ladies doing my eyebrows. yesterday was so bad i cried when i got to my car because never has this ever happened to me. she gave my left eyebrow a bald spot on the arch and made my right eyebrow very uneven in the front (which has never ever happened before). i didn’t feel comfortable telling her that i didn’t like them because she was just rushing. she was also very rough and was constantly moving my head around very roughly which none of the other ladies has ever done. also, i am a single mom so i took my son with me like i’ve done several times before and this time i felt as if she thought he was a bother. he sits in his stroller calmly and doesn’t say a thing. she gave us a look as if she just wanted us in and out which is how we were treated. i paid and left tip for my service yesterday but i will not be going back again."

"I’ve never had a problem with threading my eyebrows that are micro bladed until today. I must have had a new lash technician service me today because I’ve always asked for thin eyebrows when I come for service and each time my eyebrow technician gave me no problem. I asked for thin again today & the lash technician proceeded to thread below my micro blading and laughed about it after saying “you have these lines”. I realized I now have one good eyebrow & the extremely thin eyebrow that revealed my micro blade. I tried asking for someone else to help the technician but I did not trust the eyebrows technician to fix the problem because I was worried they would do further damage . I couldn’t let this go without sharing my experience today."
