"i recently broke my back and can’t do much on my own including washing my hair. so i go weekly to get it done and usually have a great experience. today was different, the lady i got had colorful hair in the front and didn’t listen to a damn word i said to her. she overcharged and did things i told her not to do all for the sake of getting money. she played in my hair and barely washed it. i felt like one of her barbie’s from hair school. second hand embarrassment for her for sure. i was never rude to this lady but it’s the simple fact that she did everything i told her not too and still charged me $30 for a wash and blow dry with NO style. imagine. so if you go DO NOT go to her she will scam you !"

"My daughter came in to get a hair cut today and showed a picture of what cut she wanted. Well when she left ot was not the cut she wanted and the girl cut way more than what my daughter told her!! Even after the girl was told to NOT cut more off! Then I guess she seen my daughter was getting upset and said to her, "are you going to go to your car and cry"! Like really? Luckily I fixed her hair and made her feel better! The stylist need to listen!!"

"We’re visiting from out of town so after being turned away by two local barber shops, (the first place was pretty nasty about not accepting walk ins, the second was nice but they were booked up), we saw Great Clips on the list. Called ahead, they said Yes to walk ins. They were very pleasant and cut my husband’s hair just like he wanted! Great Clips is a Great Place! Thank y’all!!!"

"DONT COME HERE I came in to get around 5 inches off and more layering, I believe the girls name who cut my hair was Harley. She left terrible stair step layering and when I told her I didn’t like it she blamed the hairstylist that colored my hair and then recommended I curl my hair everyday to cover up HER OWN MESS. Went to another great clips the same day and the whole staff had never seen a hair cut this bad."
