"Ordered 210 wings on Wednesday 1/17/24. To which it's 33 cent wing day. I was told I would have to order four counts of 48 and one 24 count of wings. When I arrived, they didn't have the order ready or available. I ended up only receiving 120 wings that I had to pick up from the ready-made area. I'm very disappointed in the quality as half of this was cold. I had to compensate for what I didn't have in the order of 48 wings that were put back in my original order."

"I love Lowe’s Foods, but very disappointed that their “Gourmet” Coffee Shop doesn’t carry Stevia sweeteners. All I can get are chemicals to sweeten my drinks. Once they change this (I mean, come on, they are a grocer- they can use some Truvia or something!) I will change this to a 5 star review, but not until they do the right thing for their coffee customers. Service is usually polite and good regardless."

"Update to my review to say we have really grown to love this store! The meat and seafood department continues to be hit and miss, but produce and other stock continues to be awesome. We love the beer and wine assortments, and we've since tried multiple lowes-brand products and do enjoy most of them. This store gets 5 stars for presentation and only 1 or 2 for what we've actually purchased here. Their produce section is AMAZING and they have high quality items (but pricey!). Meat department is the same (great looking products but on the pricey side.) Everything is clean and organized, and everyone is friendly. Unfortunately...we bought the pub burgers and they were NOT good at all lol. Could have been a fluke, but we also purchased a roast here that wasn't very flavorful (oddly) and the grapes were sour! (Ironic, I know right? But it's true!) We tried something else that was lowes store brand, I forget what it was but I remember we decided against it for the future. I'm going to come back at least once more to try a couple of other things, and want to bring my husband to see how neat the inside of the store is. They have a clip your own herbs garden that I'd like to try, and some good looking pastries. Unfortunately my first trip there turned out to be a bust."
