"Tried them out for the first time and probably won't go back. The wait time there is always insanely long which I thought meant they were pretty good at what they do. The haircut I got was fine but they did not do a good job on my beard. I didn't notice until later at home but they had missed a large portion of the end of my beard. It did not look right at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to see if they could fix it. They wanted me to sit there and wait for another 2 hours to get it fixed. . I understand being busy and making mistakes. I'm human, I own a business, I get it completely. However, if I have already been paid by one of my customers and the job they already paid me for was not done to their satisfaction, then I stop what I am doing and go straight there and fix the problem. To me that's just basic customer service and etiquette. I left from there and the ladies at Today's Hair fixed it in less than 5 minutes from the time I walked in until I walked out. They fit me in between appointments they already had scheduled and actually did an incredible job in my beard. I went to them again and they also did really well on my hair. Ive not waited more than 10 minutes there so far to get my hair and beard done and they even fit me in quickly to fix another paces mistake. I highly recommend them."
