"Ronnie is amazing!! After taking my car to a local shop in wilkesboro (I won’t call any names) I started hearing what sounded like metal rattling in the back, so I took my car back and had them check it out and I was told by their mechanic that my front end links were rusted very badly so of course I paid more money to have those replaced. That didn’t fix the problem and they claimed to not hear the noise. I washed my hands of the place and just decided to take it to northwest automotive, they told me they believed I would need to drop the gas tank because they thought the noise may be coming from it. I didn’t want to pay an absurd amount of money to risk that not being the issue as they were not 100% certain they had found the issue. A family friend called Ronnie for me and he let me bring my car to him after hours and he had a diagnoses within minutes, my brakes had been put on backwards… so the moral to this story is that Ronnie will save you soooo much money and he is an honest man that truly cares about the work he does!!"
