"Cregger sells products that are of higher quality than Lowe's but the main guy who work's the counter in the back is not friendly and i have experienced employees arguing in front of me and any other customer who is around. They really need to expand the hours, they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and close early Monday through Friday."
"Several years ago I bought a shower insert from this company. At that time they were very helpful. I now need a drain cover for that insert. The one that came with insert broke. I called ahead to see if they had the part I needed. I spoke with a fellow named Nakkia. I was told I would need to bring part in. I informed him I could not at that time but would call back when I could. I called Nakkia tiday and told him I would be coming to the store. He said they did not have a white drain cover. I ask if they had stainless steel he replied they did. I arrived at store with high hopes. I brought the old one to make sure we were on the same page. One gentleman who trird to help me was kind but tried to give me the wrong part. He then ask someone else about part and laid mine on the counter . Apparently I was not a priority as Nakkia ignored the gentleman trying to help. He was busy arguing with a co worker Melissa about helping anothrr customer. Nakkia walked off I was left standing there. So I ask anothrr fellow who took over yhe computer to just hand me my old part. He did as I ask without even looking up. Nothing was said as I walked out with my broken part so I figure after sale means nothing to them. Oh did mention I had to drive an hour to get there?"
