"All the staff so friendly, warm and professional, especially Louise who happily answered my endless questions and truly cared about my dental health. You cannot fake that. The receptionist could be a bit more sunny, but was civil. Louise does all the work of cleaning and x ray and is delightful, so that was what mattered to me. Dr. Shinaman is great. I felt completely at ease, and I hate the dentist so much, but this visit was painless and comfortable. I will never go to another dentist; cannot recommend enough, especially after being treated horribly by a certain female dentist and her tech who both act like they are doing you a big favor.
