"First time I scheduled an appointment the woman did not tell me the right time and did not take my phone number so when I didn't "show" for the scheduled time no one was able to call me. I left for my appointment for the time I thought it was for just to be directed to an abandon building because their location changed and is no longer accurate on Google. But why would they mention this when scheduling me? So after wasting my time and gas, I rescheduled for this morning, unfortunately, I had a work emergency come up. I call and the woman that answers the phones (who I was told is the same woman that didn't originally take my number or tell me the new address) gives me nothing but attitude about trying to reschedule. Tells me to call back later because this is my second time rescheduling. The first time wasn't my fault and this time life happens. Very rude, unprofessional, sounded very unsure of herself and what she was doing. No way I'm letting these people near my teeth when they can't run their practice right. I've never had this many issues with a new doctor before"
