"I See why you have 4.3 stars the owner is so unreasonable he’s not welling to help even when the make the mistakes and order the wrong tile for my customer And broken boxes I say be careful buying here. Is better choice and better customer service around just like business owner remember customers are always first. If you make a mistake try to help customers"

"Fairly nice selection of products. My issues are this. I'm building a home, I am on the job site. I go in dressed in my grubbies. I DO NOT get the same treatment as others who are dressed to, well, "shop" I suppose? My money is plentiful, and my money is as green as someone dressed in a more professional attire than my work clothes. In fact, my closet has stellar clothing, but I don't feel the need to wear it to impress someone at a tile store. As I said, my money is as green as the next persons, however, it won't pass through the hands at this place. Two stars for product/display"
