"I asked if there was an appointment available to color my hair and cut and style my grandsons hair on Saturday, March 17, 2018. My initial phone call, the lady that answered stated she did not know would be working and she asked for my name and telephone number. She stated she would call to see who would be available and give me a call back. This was on Thursday March 15, 2018. The cost of coloring my hair alone was $80.00. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RETURN CALL which I had been promised. Due to no return call, I gave them a call at approximately 10:00 am Friday March 16, 2018. I was once again promised a return call after their attempt to contact a stylist for an appointment. As of right now, I have not received a return call, leaving me to believe this establishment doesn’t fulfill their promises and apparently they do not need my $100.00 plus money. I would be very cautious about this establishment due to the reasons stated above !"
