"I came into Royal Nails for a simple pedicure. This is my second visit. First time did not go so well but I decided to give them another chance. Since the place looked so nice, I expected excellent service. Despite how empty the place was when I went, the service still felt rushed and incomplete. Not much was done to properly remove the dead skin and callus on the bottoms of my feet and near my nails as well. It honestly does not look or feel like I got a professional pedicure at all. For the money that I spent, I at least expect for the basics to be done. I will be searching for another place for my next appointment."
