"Prices were triple my last visit. I did not recognize anyone at the office including the dentist and front staff. After thinking it over i thought it worth a call to see if i had some misunderstanding and i was met with a combative demeanor and rudeness. I am not sure what happened to Mountain Town but The experience was horrible. AVOID this place."

"I used to think this was one of the best practices I had ever found. The ability to schedule an appointment was fast and easy and the care was excellent but all of a sudden trying to get in was all but impossible. I have a tooth that is bad and tried to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said I couldn’t get any help until 6 mos or wanted me to go somewhere in Boone North Carolina. She said she would put me on some list. Im elderly and didn’t want to drive two hours on these mountain roads 3 weeks and no call im not going to bug someone for their business. Very disappointed in how they’ve changed"

"My visit was over a month ago but I can’t stop thinking about awful my experience was. I haven’t been to the dentist a ton as an adult so I was anxious to go and when I did the dentist I met with suggested I get fillings and talked about how bad my teeth were so I scheduled an appt for fillings. When I go to my filling appt it’s a different dentist, I overhear them in another room saying they don’t have time and they come back into my room saying my teeth aren’t bad and don’t need to be filled. After that they pretty much sent me on my way and said I should probably find a place to get a cleaning but they also didn’t have time to do that for me. I drove all the way from Boone for them to tell me they didn’t have time, after I took time off work to take care of my health. Wasted my time, my money as I have to pay for days I take off, and they had the audacity to tell me they weren’t going to charge me for a visit where they did nothing."
