Five Below

"Good store and has good stuff but employees are not it. When I got there at 7:48 a employee walked to me and said they close in less than 10 minutes which I felt was kinda rude since there were still tons of people looking around and then another employee said that they are about to close and need all final purchase right now and I was looking in the candy section and when I was about to pay a employee ask if I was paying cash or card I said card and she just stood there and when it was my turn I paid with card at the register but there was a self checkout station open that I could’ve paid but the employee never informed me about it. It’s a good store but the employees are just not it."

"I would give 0 stars if l could. I hate the store and never shop there, but my son went in on December 23 to buy a Christmas gift, he was unable to get a receipt at self checkout. The item he purchased was missing all the pieces. Couldn't do an exchange without receipt, left the present."

"bad when I was in line some worker asked me if I was gonna pay with cash or card but she said it with an attitude and I said cash and she said okay and started texting on her phone then when it was my turn she said I couldn’t pay with cash she could have told me also when I asked for help with something the lady said she couldn’t"

"If Melody is the representation of 5 below you guys need to do better. Her attitude is atrocious and her willingness to help customers is even worse. As long as she has a job I will not be spending my money to support her behavior and you shouldn't either."
