"I've been going to this place for years. Even when I was a child I was going with my sister. Yesterday may have ended all of that. Normally there's a man working that is normally kind. It was an older woman yesterday that I hadn't seen in awhile and don't care for seeing again. I ASKED FOR A FRAGRANCE THAT'S SOLD IN THE SHOP. She catches an attitude and tells me not to ever say it again because she didn't want to hear it. WELL STOP SELLING IT THEN if you're so sensitive. My cousin and I didn't receive a proper greeting either. Her customer service skills are awful."
