"I love family dollar, with everything that is going on with the virus, there's not much stock, like bathroom tissue, and some other things, but that's to be understood . Family dollar is my store. It's far better than dollar general and in my opinion better prices for nane brand items such as cleaning supplies are better than Walmart."
"The worst customer service! I understand that there is a receipt policy, but when you purchase something you don’t expect to have return and the receipt gets thrown away then those rules should not apply. I purchased a relaxer from there and the relaxer had a very milky consistency. I called the store to see if I could still return it, as I did not have my receipt, but I had the milky relaxer and just wanted to do an exchange. The manager refused to let me do an exchange and suggested I purchase a new one. I will now be taking my business to Dollar General!"
