"Every time I go to this store to use my coupon it’s always a problem. Cashiers always on the phone and never friendly . But the last incident I had was when the candles were for $9.95 which is a great price . The only issue was the cashier said I could not use my coupon . The coupon was to get any body care item with any purchase more than ten dollars . I choose to get a couple of candles .The associate stated “no I can not use the coupon on candles”,. After a few moments of speaking with the associate she stated she will get a manager. I notice a Manager was already on the other cash register . I stated “Excuse me can you help me “, to the manager Margaret who looked at me. I yelled again “Excuse me “. She looked again and said nothing . Then another manager approached the counter and helped me kindly . In this situation I’m choosing not to shop at this location any more because the cashiers are always on the phone and the Manager Margaret was very rude . This manager seems like she did not care at all . I am never shopping at this location again."
"This location has an amazing staff . I was in the store 9/7 and the young lady who just started was amazing. The selection was presented nicely and plentiful. The young lady knew her store was very helpful in my selection process."
"EXCUSE ME, bath and body works: I spend hundreds of dollars per year on your products & was hassled in this store about exchanging a candle that arrived broken in my online order. The employee also shared that the return policy is changing soon, which doesn't matter in this case because my item-- that I paid for---ARRIVED broken. I'm not the customer that brings back their 5 year old wallflowers for new ones because they don't smell anymore, etc. I am appalled & disgusted!"
"Tried store pick up through the app for the first time and it was quick and super easy. Picking it up was fast and convenient, however, the items I purchased were DISGUSTING! At first I just assumed it was product residue and was just going to wipe it off but the entire bottle was sticky and had dirt caked under the lid of the product. This was a Mother’s Day gift…they should really check the products while they shop these orders."
