"Went to pickup my raffle shoe this morning after purchasing my shoe I walked out of the store sat in a near by bench to look at my new pick and the shoe had already been worn if this wasn’t the release that wouldn’t have been a problem but considering the shoe literally just dropped today unacceptable the manager who rung me up didn’t mention it or anything and then told me the best he could do was wait until 12:00 to see if maybe another store had the shoe in my size this company has really taken a downward turn recently as far as customer service"
