Kohl's

"I have tried many times to shop at Kohl's. Price is a factor. But it is not worth the price as the quality especially on clothing. I was in the store looking for drapes and could not find them. I asked an employee where they were located. She said if we have any they are located to the back of the store. I ask her where as a point of reference where in the back of the store. She looked at me and said there is only one wall in the back of the store!!! WTH! Now I know there is only one wall in the back! I politely ask her if it is on the left, middle or right side. I really was hoping I would not walk the entire length of the store hunting for them. She looked at me and again said in the back of the store and walked off! What can I say!"

"My cashier, Cheryl was so nice!! She gave my daughter a sticker, she joked around with me, and she complimented us. She helped us find the price of something we couldn’t find a price tag on, and then she wished us a happy new year and a great day. She always had a smile on her face, and she just made my day!!"

"I ALWAYS save a lot of money when I shop here because I use coupons. I stack my Kohls cash with a 20-30% off coupon and save hundreds of dollars. The store is always clean. My issue with this store is the women’s stylist. The women’s clothes look old fashioned to me and are not of the best quality. I went to purchase some pajamas (last minute) for a party I was attending and the selection was horrible. I settled for a black and red flannel set with men’s bedroom shoes to match. There were a lot of matching bedroom shoes for women but none in my size, which was surprising and disappointing. However, I didn’t have to pay one cent because of the coupon and kohl’s cash I used. They sometimes have a cute selection for juniors. I like the athletic clothing and men’s selection. I mostly purchase housewares from this location and I only shop with coupons. Otherwise, it’s a bit pricey."
