"The rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered. Three cackling hyena men sit gossiping at a table while they ignore customers and talk trash about anyone who comes in the door. Meanwhile they are selling pricy shirts and pants. It’s a wonder how this store stays in business. I recommend you shop online. You’d get better service from a bot, without the snarky queeny attitudes."

"Mike the store manager was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient with me during my time at the store. I tried on many items and untimely loved the Jetsetter Stretch Dress shirt and the Highland Tour Golf pants. I’m glad I went to a physical store so I could achieve my desired fit. Would recommend this brand and particularly this store to anyone wanting to update their wardrobe."

"We love Bonobos. We think they have excellent, high-quality products and in the past, this location was wonderful. However, now this location has a particularly unwelcoming staff. During a recent visit, we went in to get fitted for chinos and a suit jacket but we were not acknowledged during our entire visit. We were the only people in the store, and the staff never bothered to look up from their phones or offer any assistance or even pleasantries. We left feeling genuinely unwelcomed, and the overall experience left a very bad taste in our mouth towards the brand. They gave off the energy that we did not belong. For providing a premium product, the customer service experience was worse than Walmart."

The sizes and styles were perfect for him and I even later brought him later to the store so she could fit his clothes properly in person. We had an appointment with her and she was so prepared. I was very impressed with her work, to the point that I’d go shop with her at Bonobos over buying online any day!"
