"The staff, despite how many customers they need to attend to, are somehow able to help everyone. Elena was helping me with tux rentals and she was awesome! I only have a week before I need the tux and she gave me all the help I needed to get it done (while helping multiple other customers at the same time). "I rarely write a bad review, but this was a horrible experience and I don’t want others to have the same experience. You would expect the suit to be in-store at opening on the listed pick-up date (mine was not and the worker I asked said that it is never there at opening)… note: rentals are only available 2 days before events, so the time matters a lot, especially when traveling for an event. They asked me to come back in to be fitted a second time (closer to the event) and when I showed up as they suggested, the worker told me it wasn’t necessary. They ordered a 3XL shirt for me, which was way too large (had to switch to an XL). This was for my brother’s wedding. I wouldn’t use Jos A. Bank for my own wedding after this experience."
