"So easy to get items and not have to walk half a mile to get there. Friendly staff. Love the new auto checking."
"It's a decent place to buy what you need or don't really need... Typical dollar general store"
"Always clean, well stocked and very friendly staff. Love the huge parking lot"
"Great customer service. They have staff. If I am there and something is not on the shelves and I ask, they will check and Voila. Trucks come on Tuesdays. Add the app and load coupons. Really good deals if you use them. I shop there before going to get groceries as TP, paper towels, dog and cat food, sodas, coffee, creamer and detergent are much cheaper there. Bathrooms are locked, jist ask cashier for the key. Bathrooms are clean. Leave them that way, please!"
"We have had enough of Dollar General (as well as its sister stores Family Dollar and Dollar Tree). An occasional pricing error is one thing but when it occurs every time, then that's a flag that these "mistakes" are intentionally built into its corporate structure. If you buy a fair number of items on any one visit at this place, you can count on the fact that the actual prices you pay are NOT the prices marked on the shelves for at least two or three items in your cart (interesting that these prices actually paid are never lower than marked prices but always higher). It's a corporate "trick" that has been played for years. It is up to you, the consumer, to wake up to the charade. Sure, if you question the price, the polite cashier will make the adjustment but the system relies on most people overlooking it. If every shopper at this store caught this gimmick and asked for a price adjustment, it would make it necessary to hire a full timer to perform that function alone. Those $5 coupons may help you recover some of that loss but you're saving nothing. Also, the prices are constantly rising, even to the point of often exceeding those of Ingles supermarket, the biggest ripoff in town. Furthermore, when a customer needs to question prices just to get what is promised, that person is doing someone else's job. It's embarrassing, burdensome, and distasteful. Shop elsewhere."
